Project requests

When the live request form is enabled, Goyen Tile receives the information you choose to send: your name, contact details, city and ZIP code, project details, contact preferences and an optional project photo. We use it to respond, discuss your tile work and arrange estimates.

Photos

Please upload only photos of the project area that you have permission to share. Leave people, private documents and identifying details out of the image. Request photos are for discussing your project; they are not automatically added to the public gallery.

Form processing

The live form is designed to use Netlify Forms to process and store requests and send notifications to Goyen Tile. Hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to deliver the service and prevent abuse. This site does not include advertising trackers, an AI chat service or analytics scripts.

Contact preferences

Your permission to contact you is about your project. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages. A request does not automatically book an appointment.

Access or removal

To ask about information you have shared, correct it, or request its removal, email goyentilecompany@gmail.com or call (909) 286-2769. We retain requests as needed to handle project inquiries and business records.

Local preview

While the preview notice is displayed, the questionnaire does not send or save your details to a server. Form entries stay in the current browser page and are not stored after you close it.
